The integrated charging status light shows at a glance how far the charging process has progressed. Alternatively, the go-e app offers personalization options and thus charging management that can be controlled from the smartphone. In addition, a DC fault current protection and FI circuit breaker with direct current detection is integrated. Municipalities can apply for funding for wallboxes. The following points must be observed:
- The deadline for implementation is 1 year after application.
- The subsidy is up to 900€ per charging point.
- The minimum grant amount is €9,000 with a minimum of 10 charging points.
- The charging power can be 22 kW.
- The charging stations are not intended for public access.
Exactly 9000€ can be funded for ten charging points, but only 70% of the total costs.
The total investment (purchase + installation) must therefore be at least 12857.14€.
If there are more than 10 charging points, 70% of the actual investment amount is subsidized up to a maximum of 900€ per charging point.
More information can be found on the website of the KfW. We are happy to help you with any questions!
IMPORTANT: Currently, it is not possible to submit new applications to KfW440 (residential buildings) to promote the wallbox.
However, if you have already submitted an application, you can still submit the invoice of the wallbox together with the invoice from the electrician and receive the 900€ subsidy. The deadline for submission is usually 9 months after the date of the application to KfW. The following points should be noted:
- Exactly €900 can be funded per charging point, provided that the total investment (purchase + installation) per charging point is at least €900.
- The submission to KfW must include the invoice of the wallbox, the invoice from the electrician and proof of use of green electricity.
- 22 kW wallboxes can be funded if they are on the list of eligible wallboxes and are throttled to 11 kW by the electrician.
