I have questions about products, what can I do?

Most of all we would be happy if you visit us at our ElektroHub (Bäckerbreitergang 12, 20355 Hamburg) to talk to us in person. Due to the current Corona pandemic we ask you to make an appointment in time.
Are deliveries abroad possible?
Basically we deliver all over Europe. For special requests please write us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
I want to track my order, what can I do?
You must have a personal Shop4EV account to track your order. However, you will be kept up to date by email even without an account.
What do I need to know about my order?
During the order process you agree to our terms and conditions and enter your birthday and phone number. This is information for legally compliant purchase contracts. To avoid having to enter this information every time you place an order, you can register a customer account, which will save your details and automatically take them into account when you place your next order.
How do I know that my order was successful?
When your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation from us. Therefore, it is important that you provide a current email address when purchasing.
