Can I change or cancel an order I've already placed?

As orders are automatically forwarded to our warehouse to ensure quick dispatch, subsequent changes or cancellations are no longer possible once processing has begun. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us without delay so that we can find a solution together.

Why is my order being shipped in multiple packages?

In rare cases, you may receive two or more packages from us. In this case, you will also receive multiple shipping confirmations with the respective tracking numbers.

Reasons for this may include a large number of items that do not all fit into one box, items that have bulky dimensions (e.g., dog gates, dashboard trims, etc.), or shipping from different locations.

Where can I find my invoice?

Your invoice will be sent to you automatically by email with your shipment. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder first. If you have misplaced it, you can use our service portal or send us an email with your name, address, and order number (starting with 4EV) from the email address you used to place your order.

How long do I have to register a return?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

How can I return merchandise?

Returns can be initiated easily and independently via our website. To do so, please visit our service portal and enter the email address you used for your order. Please note that the return must be securely packaged and not sent in the item's original box. The box must also not be taped up. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation.

When will my order be delivered?

You can find the delivery time on the product page and in your order confirmation. This is 1 to 3 business days within Germany, 3-7 business days for EU countries, and 1-3 weeks within Europe (non-EU).

Should the delivery be delayed unexpectedly, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will then immediately check the reasons for the delivery delay and take appropriate action.

What are the costs for me if I return an item?

Returns are free of charge using the return label provided by us. If the products are in perfect condition, we will refund the full purchase price. Alternatively, you can return the goods at your own expense with another parcel service of your choice. Please ensure that the parcel is sent with a tracking number and keep the proof of postage safe. Please note that in the case of improper packaging or excessive use of the products, a reduction in value may be claimed.

How do I get my refund?

The refund will be issued via the same payment method you selected when placing the order. Depending on the provider, it may take a few days for the refund to be credited to your account.

How long will it take for my money to be repaid?

Refunds are usually processed within 3 business days of the returned item arriving at our warehouse. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If there are any questions regarding the condition of the goods or missing parts, a staff member will contact you within these 3 business days to clarify.

When will my order be shipped if I pay by advance payment/bank transfer?

If you have selected the payment method "Bank Transfer", your order will only be shipped after payment has been received. Incoming payments are checked manually every day. If you have any questions regarding the payment status, please feel free to contact us. Please note that even with instant bank transfers, a longer processing time may be possible.

As a company from outside the EU, can I order tax-free with my VAT ID as an intra-community supply?

Yes, this is possible. Just include your VAT ID in the comments section when placing your order. We will then issue the invoice and refund the VAT to you.

Can I have my order delivered to a packing station, PO box, or parcel shop?

Due to our dynamic shipping process, where we flexibly adapt based on the product, address, and current capacity of shipping service providers, it is unfortunately not possible to deliver your order to a packing station, PO box, or parcel shop. We use this approach to ensure a smooth and fast shipping experience. For seamless delivery, we recommend providing a physical address for the delivery. Please carefully check that the address has been entered correctly, as subsequent changes are often not possible due to our rapid picking process.
