Can I change or cancel my already submitted order?

Since the orders are automatically forwarded to our shipping camp to ensure quick shipping, subsequent changes or cancellations are no longer possible after processing. If you notice an error immediately after sending your order, please contact us immediately so that we can find a solution together.

When will my order be delivered?

The delivery time can be found both on the product page and in your order confirmation. This is 1 to 3 working days within Germany, 3-7 working days in the EU and 1-3 weeks within Europe (not EU).

If, contrary to expectations, the delivery will be delayed, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will then immediately check the reasons for the delivery delay and initiate the corresponding measures.

What are the costs for me when returning?

The goods are returned free of charge using the return sticker provided by us. If the products are properly made, we reimburse you to the full purchase price. Alternatively, you can send the return with another parcel service of your choice at your own expense. Please make sure that the package is sent with a shipment number and keep the delivery receipt well. Please note that improper packaging or excessive use of the products can be required.

How do I get my refund?

The reimbursement takes place via the same payment method that you chose when ordering. Depending on the provider, it can take a few days for the refund to be credited to your account.

How long does it take for my money to be repaid?

The reimbursement usually takes place within 3 working days after receipt of the return in our warehouse. The reimbursement takes place with the same payment method with which the order was paid. If there are questions about the condition of the goods or missing parts, an employee will contact you within these 3 working days to clarify this.

Where can I find the return form?

After entering your email address, with which you have ordered from us, you can easily process your return via the return portal.

When will my order be sent in advance/bank transfer?

If you have chosen the payment method "Bank transfer", your order will only be sent after receipt of payment. The incoming payment is checked manually daily. If you are unclear with regard to the payment status, please contact us. Please note that a longer processing time is also possible with Sofortüberweisung.

As a company from the EU foreignland, can I order tax-free with my VAT ID as an intra-Community delivery?

Yes, this is possible, but not automatically integrated in our shop. Please send us all data about the company including VAT ID in advance by email and all products you want to order. We will then create a corresponding offer for you.

Can I have my order delivered to a packing station, mailbox or parcel shop?

Due to our dynamic shipping processing, in which we act flexibly depending on the product, address and loading of the shipping service providers, it is unfortunately not possible to deliver your order to a packing station, a mailbox or a parcel shop. We rely on this procedure to ensure smooth running and quick shipping. For a smooth delivery, we recommend specifying a physical address for the delivery address. Please check carefully whether the address was entered correctly, since subsequent changes are often not possible due to the fast picking.

Why is my order sent in several packages?

In rare cases, you may receive two or more packages from us. In this case, you will also receive several shipping confirmations with the respective shipment sequence numbers.

Reasons for this can be a large number of articles that do not all fit into a box, items that have blocking goods (e.g. dog grids, dashboard strips, etc.) or the shipping of different locations.

Where can I find my bill?

Your invoice will be sent to you automatically by email within 15 minutes after receipt of your order. If you do not receive them, please check your spam folder first. If you have moved them, write us an email with your name, address and your order number (starting with S4T) from the email address you ordered with.

How long can I register a return?

We offer a 30-day return guarantee. The products must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging.

How can I return goods?

The return can be arranged easily and independently via our website. To do this, go to the page: return portal and enter the email address you used for your order. Please note that the return must be packed safely and must not be carried out in the original box of the article. The box must not be glued either. Please send the goods back to us within 14 days of revocation.
