With the VW ID.3 Pure, Volkswagen brings a cheaper variant of its popular electric car back onto the market. This version is characterized by a somewhat reduced battery capacity of 52 kWh and a reduced charging capacity.
Volkswagen advertises the VW Id.3 Pure, which can be ordered from now on as the "ideal entry -level model". With its reduced battery capacity of 52 kWh and a reduced charging capacity, it is aimed at price -conscious customers. Thanks to a special campaign, the "Volkswagen environmental bonus", the id.3 is currently available for 33,330 euros, instead of the regular 36,900 euros.
The new offer also includes the powerful VW ID.3 GTX with 210 kW and the revised version of the VW ID.3 Pro. All three models are equipped with a new software and infotainment generation. This offers a 12.9-inch display, an improved operating concept with voice assistant and the integration of artificial intelligence by chatt.
Despite its smaller battery, the VW ID.3 Pure offers a considerable range of up to 388 km according to WLTP. A quick loading time is an advantage. However, Volkswagen reduced the maximum charging power from 170 to 145 kW and the AC charging power from 11 to 7.4 kW.
Additional equipment from the VW ID.3 Pure include a further developed augmented reality head-up display, a revised wellness app and a premium sound system from Harman Kardon. The batteries of the model series have preliminary conditioning that enables faster and gentler shops.
With the VW ID.3 Pure, Volkswagen offers an attractive entry -level model that convinces with its technical features and the reduced price.
