Die WALLBOX PULSAR PLUS 11kW mit 900€ KFW-Förderung!

The WALLBOX PULSAR PLUS from Wallbox not only looks good, you can even get it with a €900 grant from KFW!

A wallbox made by the manufacturer "Wallbox" can only be promising, we thought. And indeed, it convinces in many ways!

When we first looked at our wallbox wall in the ElektroHub, we all agreed: "That thing is pretty small and pretty. ". The Pulsar Plus impresses with its compact, minimalist design and looks really good. In addition to the wall box, a holder for the charging plug is also included so that it does not have to lie on the floor and is easy to grab. So far so good! The small charging station comes with a 5 m charging cable (alternatively 7 m) and is suitable for all Type 2 electric cars. The wall box can charge up to 11 kW, which means your electric car charges up to 5x faster than with a standard household socket! There is also a wallbox app that accompanies you during the charging process. So that you can connect to the wallbox, it has WLAN & Bluetooth on board and is therefore quite smart. DC residual current protection is also included and load management is also possible with several Pulsar Plus!

We tried the Pulsar Plus and loved it! Above all, the app is convincing. It runs very smoothly and is easy to use. This makes it easy to control, activate and monitor the charging process. Setup takes a few minutes. Anyone looking for a wallbox that can be used collectively will find what they are looking for: Profiles can be used to track exactly how much each individual has loaded. For example, a statement can be created for each profile. In addition, the intelligent load management (power sharing) is perfect for community garages and other commercial purposes.

When the electrician installs the Pulsar Plus, it is important to note the following points. Ideally, the wallbox is connected to 3 phases (16 A). Communication is easy via WLAN and/or Bluetooth. However, no further settings have to be made in advance, as the wall box regulates itself to a maximum of 16 A, as required by the subsidy. With the appropriate setting, even the 22 kW variant is eligible. For this, however, the charging power must be reduced to 11 kW. Since the Wallbox Pulsar Plus has a DC residual current protection, an additional FI type A must be installed by the electrician, as is usual with wallboxes. The Pulsar (WITHOUT Plus) has no DC residual current protection and therefore requires a significantly more expensive RCD type B.

Before you order quickly now, please first submit the application to KFW and trigger the order after confirmation from KFW. Between the confirmation from KFW, which you will receive directly online, and the execution (ordering the charging station and installation by the electrician), you then have 9 months to have the whole thing carried out.

It is also important that you use the electricity for the charging station from renewable energies, e.g. directly from your own photovoltaic system or from your energy supplier, otherwise you will unfortunately not receive any funding.
