Germany, Italy, China .. Where does what come from?

Sustainable origin

Like most online shops, we started importing accessories for the Tesla models from China. Since there are a few large producers in China that produce the most products, you can find very similar products in various online shops for Tesla accessories, sometimes only under slightly different names. The quantities and the variety that is produced here is great and the creativity in the development of the products is also surprising. However, the quality is sometimes not good and fluctuates strongly between the batches.

It was always clear to us that we support local producers, develop our own products and want to bring production to Germany or the EU from the aspect of sustainability. That is why today we have the largest offer of products that do not have to be hidden on huge container ships around half the world. With our 2 -befair brand we have actively started this switch to local products and offer you very high -quality rubber mats with recycled materials from Germany.

Why buy products from China from Shop4ev?

You will still find products from China at Shop4ev. Since transparency is important to us, we have marked them for a better overview for you. We have built up a trusting network of suppliers since the foundation of Shop4ev and can thus ensure good quality of the products that we offer in the shop. We test the products regularly and check the products with every new delivery whether they still meet our quality requirements. And if a product arrives for you that the quality cannot convince, it is possible to return the product to us in the Shop4EV according to German legislation. We cover the costs for the return and take back the goods up to 30 days after delivery. We have the goods offered by us and can of course send them to you immediately. Customs fees or the like no longer come up to you. If one of our products is not in stock, you will be informed about a corresponding note. So you can shop with us absolutely without risk and if you have any questions, you can call us at any time or write a message.

By ordering from us, you also support our mission to be able to offer more sustainable accessories for your Tesla. We are constantly working on new products with which we can support local productions. With some products it will be difficult to replace them, but we do not rule out to be able to do without imports from China with your support in the future. However, this is a question of resources and cannot be implemented from one day.

How long can I register a return?

After receiving the goods, you have 30 days to register the return with us. 


How can I return goods?

You can send us unused items back to us within 30 days. For a simple and quick return, please fill out our online form. Your return will then be processed by our customer support. We will then contact you as soon as possible and of course send you a return label.

The Return must be packed safely and must not be carried out in the article specific box. In addition, this must not be glued. In addition, the return must be sent from 14 days after revocation.


Where can I find the return form?

You can find the link to our return form in our online shop on the homepage at the bottom. You can find the point back form under the heading. Alternatively, you come directly to the return form.


What are the costs for me when returning?

If you want to return your preserved goods, there are no costs for you. You will receive a DHL return label for the return shipping from us. If the goods are in a perfect condition, we reimburse you to buy the purchase price. Of course, you can also return the return at your expense with a parcel service of your choice. Please make sure that you send the package with a shipment number and keep the receipt.

If your return arrives in a very bad condition because you have not been properly packed by you, or because the products have been used by you in addition to the necessary level to check the nature, properties and the functionality, value replacement can be requested in individual cases.


How long does it take for my money to be repaid?

You will receive the refund within 3 working days after delivery of the return from our warehouse. The reimbursement takes place with the same payment method, with which the order was also paid. If there are any questions regarding the condition of the goods or parts are missing, an employee will contact you within these 3 working days to clarify this.


How do I get my refund?

The reimbursement takes place on the same payment route that was chosen when ordering. Depending on the provider, it can take a few days for the refund to be booked on your account.

Can I change or cancel my already submitted order?

The processing of your order is almost completely automated. As soon as the goods are picked and packed, manual intervention is no longer possible. So if you have made a mistake and something about your order must be adjusted, please contact us by phone or email.
If the processing has not yet started, we can of course change something.


Why is my order sent in several packages?

In rare cases, you may receive two or more packages from us. In this case, there are also several shipping confirmations with the respective shipping successes.

Reasons can be a large number of articles that do not all fit in a box; Articles that have bulky goods (such as dog grids, dashboard strips, etc.) or the shipping of different locations.


Can I have my order delivered to a packing station?

Basically, this works because we send most items with DHL. Exceptions of this are characterized in the article description (example: pocket sets come via DPD).
Please note the size of the products! Rubber mats or other large articles do not fit into the packing stations and are either brought to a branch or go back to us. So order only small articles at packing stations or ask our support beforehand.

Where can I find my bill?

Your invoice will be sent to you automatically by email within 15 minutes after receipt of the order. If you do not receive them, please also check in the spam folder. If you have moved them, contact us by email from the same email address, with which it was also ordered, with name, address, order number (starting with S4T) and we will send you an invoice copy.


As a company from the EU foreignland, can I order as an intra-Community delivery with my VAT ID?

Yes, this is possible, but not automatically integrated with us in the shop. Please send us all data about the company including VAT ID in advance by email, as well as all products you want to order. We then create a corresponding offer.


When will my order be delivered?

The delivery time is listed on the product side as well as once again in your order confirmation. Normally, this is 1 to 3 working days within Germany. In the case of larger articles, for shipments abroad or temporary non -availability of an article, the delivery time is correspondingly longer.
If it occurs that you do not receive your delivery within the specified period, please contact us! We then check where the problem is - for example, there may rarely have delays on the shipping route through DHL.

When will my order be sent in advance/bank transfer?

If you have selected bank transfer as a payment method, we will only send your order after receipt of payment. This is checked manually every day. If you are unsure about the status of payment, please ask us. Sofortüberweisung can also take a longer processing time.

With the JOWUA cell phone holder for the Tesla Model 3 and Model Y, your cell phone always stays in the right place. Thanks to the 360-degree rotary ball, you can easily turn your cell phone in the right direction for you. The design of the JOWUA cell phone bracket was developed so that, as soon as the cell phone is attached, it can hardly be seen. If it is not used, it can simply be folded behind the display. The simple design of the Tesla interior is preserved.

By simply pulling or sliding, the device can quickly be adjusted to the right length for the perfect view. The metal material ensures more durability and fits the back of the screen in your Tesla.

The JOWUA cell phone holder can be easily attached to the back of your Tesla screen with the suction cup. The migle -supplied USB cable is best led along the center console and inserted there with the angular plug.

  • With the clamp holder, the cell phone can be easily put in and removed again thanks to the integrated silicone roller. The adjustable terminals adapt individually to the respective smartphone and keep it firmly on the bracket. This prevents your cell phone from slipping. To loosen the clamps again, simply press the button on the cell phone holder.

1 Monat Lieferzeit. Bestellung bei DHL verloren gegangen. Mehrmals bei Shop4Tesla angerufen, jedoch kümmert sich niemand. Rückgabe beauftragt, aber jetzt geht keiner ans Telefon. Ein Monat ist vergangen und es ist nichts passiert. Nach schlechte bewertung sofort das Geld zurück

Sehr geehrter Kunde,

Sie haben uns am 26.03 angerufen und wir haben daraufhin direkt eine Laufzeitbeschwerde bei DHL eingereicht und einen Nachforschungsantrag gestellt. Auch wenn solch eine Verzögerung natürlich sehr ärgerlich ist, kommt so etwas in seltenen Fällen bei jedem Versanddienstleister vor. Wir müssen in solchen Fällen um etwas Geduld bitten, damit DHL die Chance hat den Fall zu prüfen und das Paket wieder zu finden. Über 90% aller verschwundenen Pakete werden wieder gefunden und zugestellt.
Sollte einmal ein Paket nicht wieder gefunden werden, senden wir kostenfrei Ersatz.

Nun haben Sie am Osterwochenende eine Stornierung/Rückgabe angefragt. Wir entschuldigen uns, dass die Bearbeitung dieser Anfrage etwas länger gedauert hat. Nach den Feiertagen ist natürlich sehr viel los.
Heute wurde aber Ihre Bestellung aufgrund der Stornierung bereits voll erstattet. Sie haben also den vollen Kaufpreis bereits zurückerhalten.

Dementsprechend bitten wir Sie diese Produktbewertung zu löschen, da das Produkt nichts mit den Unannehmlichkeiten zu tun hat und so die Einschätzung des Produkts verfälscht wird.

Schickes Teil, in Verbindung mit meinem Telefon iPhone 14 Pro Max in einer Kunststoffhülle aber vermutlich zu schwer. Die Halterung ist immer wieder abgefallen.
Halterung wurde im Müll entsorgt. Schade, weil optisch und von der Idee her ein gefälliges Produkt

es ist sehr schade, dass Sie dem Produkt eine 1 Stern Bewertung geben. Wir waren mit Ihnen in Kontakt und hätten die Halterung gerne retourniert und geprüft, damit eine Lösung gefunden werden kann.
Die Halterung ist definitiv auch für schwere Handys geeignet. Ein Abfallen ist nicht normal.
