With our 2 -bed rim lacquer pins you can quickly and easily repair curb damage and stone strokes on your original Tesla rims. The 2-bed lacquer pencil set consists of a base varnish and a clear coat. Due to the integrated brush in the lid of the paint pen, applying it in no time. For fine scratches or stone chips on the rims, a toothpick can simply be used to apply. All colors have a high opacity and are very color right.

Application tips:
Preparation: Before the repair, the damaged area is thoroughly cleaned and carefully remove gross dirt. It is important to ensure that the surrounding rim lacquer is not damaged. Then remove fine dirt with an ear fabric and silicone remover (if not available, with a washing petrol).
Apply the main varnish: Shake the paint pen with at least 30 seconds before use so that the color particles spread evenly. After opening the brush on the paint pencil bottle or strip on a piece of plastic or glass. This is necessary to remove excess paint from the brush, which would lead to a thick, uneven color application. Duck the paint onto the area to be repaired (do not paint, otherwise streaks are created). Make sure that the paint is applied very thinly. If the paint is only damaged at a very small area, e.g. B. in a stone chill, use a special paint swab or a toothpick to apply only small paint portions. If possible, try to apply very thin layers. If the scratch to be repaired is very deep, the process can be repeated two to three times. Make sure that the lacquer layer underneath is completely dry every time. You should plan for 20 to 30 minutes per layer of paint. The main paint takes 12 to 24 hours to dry.
Apply clear varnish: The clear lacquer is thicker than the main varnish and must therefore be processed particularly sparingly. A slight survey after applying the clear coat can be removed by grinding and polishing. After applying the clear coat, there must be at least 24 hours before the area can be processed further. However, 72 hours are recommended!
Temperature: The ambient temperature at work should be between 13 and 25 degrees Celsius. Direct sunlight should be avoided. As a result, the car paint can dry out too quickly in places. If the paint has temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius before processing, it can also be carefully warmed up with a hair dryer, otherwise the paint applied with the paint pen will not be correctly connected to the old layer of paint. The paint pen itself should always have a temperature of approx. 20 degrees Celsius and never be exposed to frost.
Warnings: The self -repair of a paint damage with a paint pen can be very good, but does not replace the visit of a professional paint workshop. The paint pencil set is always used at your own risk. The user is liable for damage caused by the use of the paint pen on the vehicle. Lacquer should never come into contact with your eyes or mucous membranes. When working with paint pins, it is advisable to wear disposable rubber gloves. Don't keep car paint near children or animals.
